Job Description
Keri Virtual Assistants is looking for a Digital Ads Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing ad campaigns to maximize performance and ROI. You will work with multiple B2B clients and international campaigns, ensuring that ads are targeted, engaging, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting – Analyze CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates, creating weekly and monthly reports.
Targeting & Optimization – Conduct A/B testing, adjust bidding strategies, and refine audience targeting to improve performance.
Budget & Spend Management – Monitor ad spend, allocate budgets efficiently, and prevent overspending.
Sponsored Listings & Additional Platforms – Manage and optimize sponsored listings on Booking.com Ads, Expedia TravelAds, Google Hotel Ads, The Knot, and WeddingWire Ads.
Client Reporting – Prepare weekly reports for clients to show campaign progress and highlight any changes or optimizations made.
Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
Industry Updates – Stay informed about Google & Meta algorithm changes, trends, and new ad features.
What We Look For
Experience – 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
Certifications – Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications (preferred).
Technical Skills – Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other ad performance tools.
Optimization Expertise – Strong background in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
Analytical Mindset – Ability to interpret data trends and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Nice to Have
Experience with sponsored listings on Booking.com, Expedia, or event platforms.
Familiarity with Google Hotel Ads, The Knot, and WeddingWire Ads.
Knowledge of retargeting and conversion rate optimization strategies.
Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Compensation
Base pay: Starting at $8 - $10 + benefits
