About the Role
Keri Virtual Assistants is looking for a Sales Development Specialist to help drive our outbound outreach efforts and generate quality leads. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident in starting conversations (both online and over the phone), great at qualifying prospects, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You'll be working closely with Keri Virtual Assistants internal marketing and client success teams to identify, reach out to, and nurture high-potential leads.
Duties and Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting – Research and identify potential clients, initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and outbound sales calls.
Lead Qualification – Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and readiness.
Follow-Up Sequences – Set up and maintain structured follow-ups to move leads through the funnel.
CRM Updates – Maintain accurate and organized lead data in our CRM.
Collaboration – Work with our marketing and operations team to align on outreach messaging and feedback loops.
Reporting – Track lead progress, outreach performance, and conversion rates.
Training & Development – Help train and mentor members of the Lead Generation unit to ensure alignment on outreach strategy and execution.
What we look for
3+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in cold calling
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and hit weekly KPIs
Comfortable using CRMs, outreach tools, and productivity platforms like Google Workspace
Nice to have
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
Understanding of startup, virtual staffing agency, or SaaS sales cycles
Experience working with small business owners, founders, or solopreneurs
Compensation
