About the Role

Keri Virtual Assistants is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a real estate company based in Reno, NV. This role will assist with everything from document preparation, CRM updates, and light video editing. If you’re organized, resourceful, and comfortable working with real estate tools and templates, this could be a great fit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Mail Merge and Document Preparation – Customize letter and envelope templates using spreadsheets and send ready-to-print PDFs

  • Package Assembly – Assist in creating Listing Market Analysis and Buyer Consultation packages

  • Basic Video Editing – Edit short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook

  • CRM Support – Add new leads, vendors, and contacts; send follow-up emails or requests as needed

  • MLS Research – Run basic property searches and assist with comparative market analysis (CMA) tasks

  • Client Surveys and Invitations – Send out digital forms, invitations, and simple follow-up communications

  • Personal Tasks – Support with personal errands, scheduling, or reminders as assigned

  • Email and Inbox Management – Manage email accounts, organize messages, and ensure timely responses and follow-ups


What We Look For

  • 2+ year of experience in real estate administration or a related VA role

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Familiarity with real estate platforms (MLS, Zillow, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and processes

  • Clear written English and prompt communication

  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools

  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Edits, Canva, iMovie, or Adobe Rush)

  • Familiarity with MLS research and property searches


Compensation

  • Starting at $5.00/hr

  • $25 Internet Stipend

  • 3 weeks PTO
