About the Role

Keri Virtual Assistants is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a Doc Prep and Notary. This part-time role focuses on administrative, outreach, and client coordination tasks that help streamline daily operations.

We’re looking for someone tech-savvy, organized, and confident in managing multiple priorities. If you thrive in a remote setup and enjoy keeping workflows smooth and clients happy, we’d love to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Scraping – Research and collect potential client or partner contacts for outreach and follow-up.

  • Email Outreach – Send and manage outreach emails to potential leads, partners, or clients using templates or sequences.

  • Email Management – Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails promptly to ensure smooth communication.

  • Personal Admin Tasks – Support with scheduling, errands, reservations, and general admin requests as needed.

  • QuickBooks Invoicing – Prepare and send invoices through QuickBooks, track payments, and ensure accuracy.

  • Follow-ups – Track and follow up on pending client responses, documents, or invoices.

  • Presentation Deck Creation – Prepare professional slide decks or client proposals using PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides.

  • Influencer Outreach – Identify and reach out to potential influencer partners for collaborations and brand visibility.



What We Look For

  • 2+ years of experience in virtual assistance, administration, or operations

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks (sending invoices)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Clear and proactive communication with internal teams and clients

  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable using tech tools



Nice to Have

  • Experience using Canva for creating decks, social content, or brand materials

  • Background in handling influencer collaborations or managing creator partnerships



Compensation

  • $4 - $5 per hour

  • $25 internet stipend

  • Paid Time Off
