Duties and Responsibilities

  • Helping with emails, scheduling, and organizing files.

  • Researching different topics and gathering info.

  • Assisting with social media, like making posts and chatting with followers.

  • Answering customer questions and giving great service.

  • Keeping track of schedules and planning meetings.

  • Helping with travel plans and booking places to stay.

  • Making and fixing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

  • Doing basic money tasks, like sending invoices and tracking expenses.

  • Keeping an eye on project deadlines and goals.

  • Making sure to keep things private and safe.


These duties may vary depending on the specific needs of clients and projects


What we look for

  • EXPERIENCE - Previous administrative experience is required.

  • ENGLISH PROFICIENCY- Must be able to read and write English fluently.

  • RESILIENCY - Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsive and available when the need arises.

  • MULTI-TASKING - Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.

  • EDUCATION - Must obtain Grade 12 / (Senior) High School Diploma.

  • GEARED UP! - Candidates must have a laptop with an Intel Core i5 (or AMD equivalent) processor, a reliable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps, a webcam capable of 720p resolution, backup internet access via a mobile hotspot, and a noise-canceling headset.


Nice to have

  • Previous Virtual Assistant experience of at least 9 months.

  • Canva proficiency.

  • Prior experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Suite is not required but highly desired.

  • Domain knowledge in areas such as Real Estate, eCommerce, Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, and Social Media Management

  • Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets experience.

  • Prior project management experience


Compensation

  • Starting at $3.00/hr, plus incentives, milestone-based raises, and great benefits!
